Payment options

You can pay your order at TiS Lifestyle directly online via iDeal or credit card. We accept Visa, V-card, Mastercard and Maestro, which can be chosen at the checkout. Payments are processed by Ingenico, an International paying platform. To prevent fraud TiS Lifestyle works with the Fraud Detection Module (FDM) by Ingenico.

 

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, you can add it to your shopping cart during checkout. The discount will be deducted immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, unless stated otherwise. PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains products with a longer delivery time (like walldeco and window foil), the order will be sent out at once, when all goods are gathered. We ship to Germany, France, Great Britain, Denmark and Austria. Shipping’s are handled by TNT. Generally you can expect your parcel within one week.

Whenever you would like to have send a parcel to another country, please contact us via info@tislifestyle.com. We will help you as quickly as possible and get you the cheapest rate possible.

 

Shipping costs (outside Belgium and the Netherlands)

The costs for shipping vary per destination country and parcel size. Items which will fit your mailbox at home, are of course cheaper to send. The rates for shipping are as follows:

-         All lettersize mail is €9

-         Parcel to Germany is €12,50

-         Parcel to France, Great Britain, Denmark and Austria is €18

 

A gift(box) for someone else?

Would you like to have a gift(box) shipped to another address than yours? If so, please specify the lucky recipients address during checkout, and billing address as your own address.

Your order information is always send to your email address.

We ensure that all packages will be nicely gift-wrapped and we’ll add a personal handwritten card in the box. Whenever you have specific requests and/or want to add a personal note, please state this in the comment box in the order section.

 

RETURNS

Return

Would you like to return something? That is possible within 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Only unused and undamaged items may be returned using our service form. Reimbursement will be done as soon as possible, but ​​will be done within maximum 14 days after receipt of return. Shipping costs to return your product in this case are for your own account.

 

Exchange

Do you want to exchange an item for another size, color or different article? That is possible within 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Only unused and undamaged items may be returned using our service form. You can place a new order in our web shop. Shipping costs to return your product will be on your own account.

 

A problem with an order?
If you notice something in your delivery is broken or damaged, or if you have received a wrong item, send us as soon as possible an email to us so we can solve the problem.

 

Service form
With each order a service form will be send. This shows a further explanation of how to return an article and should be included in your returning parcel at all times.
